Barbara Girtman

Barb Girtman is an accomplished Real Estate Sales Professional and the Volusia County Councilwoman for District 1, elected in 2018 and currently a candidate for re-election. Barb is a wife, mom, grandma, dog mom, and Rotarian. She has over 20 years of Healthcare Administration experience. Barb obtained her Masters in Business Administration from St. Leo University. She is a DeLand resident, recognized as a community servant leader focused on advocating for civic engagement and business opportunities targeting West Volusia County, also supporting East Volusia.
